Returns/Refunds: I do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final. Please carefully review your item for purchase in photos and product description. Some slight differences may be due to color on monitors, etc.

Due to the nature of leather, there may be slight imperfections that are part of the hide. Any major flaws will be listed in the product description. If you have any questions about a specific item I’d be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

Caring for your leather: Some leathers will patina and age over time, from the sun and the oils from our skin. Vegetable tanned leathers are known to get a beautiful tan and darken with use. Commercially tanned leathers that are light in color can be cleaned. I use Bickmore’s leather cleaner to keep my lighter colored bags looking new. Do not use alcohol on leather as it can strip the color. Care for your leather, but don’t be afraid to use it.

Shipping: All orders ship USPS with insured packaging up to the value of the product. Shipping times may differ but typically will be out between 3-5 business days.
